1. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship all orders directly from our Australian warehouse to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Shipping: AUD 15.00 (or FREE on orders over AUD150).

  • Order Processing: We ship orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Delivery Times (Estimated)

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries:

  • Metro Areas: 2–5 business days.

  • Regional Areas: 4–8 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your journey directly on the Australia Post website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Yes! Because we use Australia Post, we can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers nationwide.

5. Correct Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Maali Clothing is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a redelivery is required, a shipping fee may apply.
