Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Maali Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer returns for Store Credit on all domestic Australian orders.

Please note that we currently do not offer returns for international orders outside of Australia.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

  • Free from any scents, makeup stains, or pet hair.

2. Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: If the style just isn't "you" after all.

  • Size Difference: If the fit isn't perfect and you need a different size.

  • Manufacturing Fault: If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us immediately so we can prioritize your claim.

3. Free Returns via Australia Post

We aim to make the process as seamless as possible. We provide Free Returns for our Australian customers via Australia Post.

  • We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label (Return Bill).

  • You simply need to print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any Australia Post box or office.

4. Store Credit Only

All successful returns will be issued as Store Credit.

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, your store credit will be sent to your email via a digital gift card.

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future Maali Clothing purchase.

  • Note: Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


How to Start Your Return

Ready to send something back? Follow these simple steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to hello@maaliclothing.com.au.

  2. Include Details: Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return (e.g., "Size change" or "Faulty item").

  3. Receive Your Label: Our team will review your request and email you a pre-paid Australia Post return label.

  4. Post It: Pack your items securely, attach the label, and head to your nearest Australia Post outlet.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great pride in our quality, but if you receive a faulty item, we want to make it right. Please include photos of the fault in your email to hello@maaliclothing.com.au so we can fast-track your replacement or credit.
