Reserve Your Favourite Before It's Gone
Some of our most-loved designs are available for pre-order, giving you the opportunity to secure your favourite style before it officially arrives. By pre-ordering, you'll be among the first to receive our newest collections once they're ready to ship.
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it's in stock. This helps you reserve your preferred style, print, or size before it becomes available.
Estimated shipping dates are displayed on each pre-order product page.
When Will My Order Ship?
Each pre-order product includes an estimated dispatch date. While we work hard to meet these timelines, they are estimates and may occasionally change due to manufacturing, shipping, or supplier delays.
If your estimated dispatch date changes, we'll keep you informed.
Ordering In-Stock & Pre-Order Items Together
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If separate shipping is available, it will be communicated during checkout or by our customer support team.
Shipping Your Pre-Order
As soon as your pre-order is ready for dispatch, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Payment
Payment for pre-order items is processed at the time your order is placed. This secures your item and reserves your place in the production allocation.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your pre-order, please contact us hello@maaliclothing.com.au as soon as possible. Once production or dispatch has begun, we may be unable to make changes to your order.
Delays
While we always aim to dispatch pre-orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected production or shipping delays can occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if there are any significant changes.
